To keep our costs as low as possible, Phil Waldrep Ministries has adopted a revised cancellation policy. We encourage you to pass this important information to all parties in your group and make them aware of this change. 

 Phil Waldrep Ministries will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, terrorism, or pandemic-related causes that prohibit your attendance.

All payments are non-refundable for any reason and cannot be transferred to an event in another calendar year.

 Individuals have the option to purchase travel insurance for any event they are attending. Phil Waldrep Ministries, (Women of Joy, Celebrators, Gridiron Men's Conference).

If you are interested in purchasing travel insurance, you will have the opportunity to do so at the end of this registration process through Travel Guard. Insurance will be purchased on an individual basis, not as a whole group. ) Please reference Phil Waldrep Ministries account number 347091 when calling Travel Guard.
