| What is the latest I can register for a conference? |

Conference availability varies according to how fast the seating capacity fills up. Groups and individuals may add / register new registrants as late as the first day of the conference (at the door) PROVIDED seating space is available. (Some conferences will sell out up to a year in advance or before the Early Bird deadline dates. Call 1.800.374.1550 to check availability.) If you have lodging booked through us, you must also have space available in your rooms for your additions. If you register any time after the Balance Due deadline, we require payment in full. All registrations must be paid in full before the first day of the conference. Please note, that sometimes lodging fills up before the conference fills up and vice-versa. We fill the closest hotels first. Register as early as possible if a close hotel is important to you. Please also note that we drop unused blocks of rooms approximately 30 days before the conference. Lodging becomes more difficult to provide after this time. We recommend that you finalize your plans as early as possible. |
