What happens if I need to add more rooms for my group? |

If you need to add more rooms for your group after you've already been assigned a hotel, more rooms may or may not be available at that hotel. We prefer to not split groups. To accommodate the necessary number of rooms, we will try to find another hotel for your entire group.
Important Note: We drop unused blocks of rooms approximately 30 days before the conference. Lodging becomes more difficult to provide after this time. Please finalize your plans as early as possible.
