Can I make special lodging requests? |

Yes, at the time of initial registration, you may make special room or lodging requests (such as a specific hotel, type of room, non-smoking, ground floor, handicapped, etc.) with the understanding that such requests are NOT GUARANTEED and/or may not be available. The hotel, not Phil Waldrep Ministries, assigns rooms. We will make requests on your behalf, but the hotel may or may not fulfill those requests. If you need a guarantee, we recommend that you book your own lodging and attend the conference as a commuter (conference-only rate).
Important note: If you booked lodging through us and need to make special arrangements with your hotel such as for extra nights or roll-away beds, please understand that they will not have your specific name(s) in their system until we are within approximately 14-30 days of the conference date. Hotels will have rooms "blocked" for our registrants under the conference name and/or Phil Waldrep Ministries until we send them our rooming lists containing individual registrant names.
