| How do I arrange for extra nights of lodging? |

If you booked lodging through us (the lodging package) and wish to stay extra nights either before or after the conference, you must make your own arrangements with the hotel we have assigned to you. If you wish to keep the same room(s) for the duration of your stay, you should tell the hotel representative when you book the extra nights that you will be attending our conference (tell them the name of the conference and the dates) and that you have lodging already assigned to you through Phil Waldrep Ministries. Please be aware the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate your request depending upon availability. You are responsible to pay for your extra nights on your own and according to the rates the hotel gives you, which may be different from the rates included in our conference pricing. Please understand that your hotel will not have your specific name(s) in their system until we are within approximately 14-30 days of the conference date. Hotels will have rooms "blocked" for our registrants under the conference name and/or Phil Waldrep Ministries until we send them our rooming lists containing individual registrant names. |
