| When will I receive my tickets and packet of conference materials? |

You will NOT receive tickets by mail. We will provide a packet (at check-in) on the first day of the conference that contains either arm bands or blank name tags. These serve as your tickets to get into the conference events.
Packets will also contain a schedule for each person in your group, a lodging release form to take to your hotel if you booked lodging through us, and any other materials you will need for the conference. |
