What should I do if I have name changes or cancellatons right before the conference? |

If you have name changes to your group within a week of the conference, please do not call our office as all conference materials are already at the conference location by that time. You may notify the check-in clerk of changes when you arrive at the conference meeting place to pick up your packet. Substituting a registrant with a new registrant ("name change") is permissible without penalty and is the best way to handle a situation where the original registrant cannot attend. If you can't find a replacement, the Refund Policy will apply.
If you need to drop rooms or cancel an entire group, it is important that you call our office (1.800.374.1550) as far in
advance as possible so that we may notify the hotel and our
representatives at the conference and avoid room charges for the first night.
