The Phil Waldrep Evangelistic Association is interested in exploring new and advanced methods for reaching Christians in today’s technically advanced society. Future plans revolve around expanding and improving the current slate of annual events and incorporating new ones. For example, in 1998 Phil Waldrep Ministries supported Sav-A-Life by sponsoring a banquet in which former Vice-President Dan Quayle was the keynote speaker. Also, each year, Phil Waldrep Ministries will continue to host the Annual Decatur/Morgan County Community Prayer Breakfast which benefits Meals on Wheels. Keynote speakers include well-known Christians including Dean Jones, Art Linkletter and “Left Behind” star, Kirk Cameron. Phil Waldrep will continue to minister to churches around the country through numerous revivals and events. In addition, he has recently added a new chapter to his ministry as advisor to many public officials. Yet another goal is to expand the ministry through the addition of Phil’s second book, “Grandparent Factor.” |
